Therapy care partners at Grandvue work with Residents to develop a goal-based plan to help achieve and maintain the highest possible level of independence. Grandvue’s therapy department features all of the amenities of home for practical rehabilitative therapy. Therapists may also conduct environmental evaluations to ensure continued success once individuals return home.
