Rehabilitative Services
Physical Therapy is available to help residents with gait and balance training, range of motion programs, assistive device training, strengthening exercises, pain management, prosthetic training and neuromuscular facilitation.
Occupational Therapy assists residents with their activities of daily living and provides training for home management, coordination, fine motor skill development, adaptive equipment use, energy conservation and work simplification.
Speech Therapy helps residents with verbal expression training, oral-motor exercises, comprehension, swallowing therapy, articulation and aural rehabilitation.
Restorative Therapy provides range of motion and ambulation assessments and programs, wound care education and product assessment. Grandvue’s restorative therapy team has also implemented dining programs, music therapy exercise programs, and pet bird therapy.
