LPN Education Program
In order to combat the nationwide nursing shortage and provide opportunities for our staff, Grandvue developed an LPN Education Program in 2001.
Staff members who wish to further their education by pursuing a nursing license can apply for the program, and tuition, books and related expenses are paid by the facility.
Upon receiving their nursing license, LPNs are contracted to work for the facility for a specified number of hours.
The LPN Education Program is funded through donations and contributions to the facility and has helped Grandvue ensure that we will continue to have quality caregivers for our residents.
