Departments
Grandvue employs over 240 caring and highly skilled employees who are dedicated to providing our residents with the finest care and service possible.
Our nursing department staffing is among the highest in the state, and lower caseloads allow our Neighborhood RNs and LPNs to provide a more holistic approach to care.
From admission to discharge, our RN Lifestyle Facilitators ensure that our residents’ health information is accurate, up-to-date, and in the hands of those who need it to ensure the highest possible quality of care.
Our Certified Nurse Aides are members of the National Association of Health Care Assistants (NAHCA), an organization that offers specialized training and empowers staff to take an active role in facility and community programs and resident care.
Our support services team of Dietary, Housekeeping and Laundry professionals receives continued education in infection control and food handling safety.
In order to better serve our residents, Activity staff members are also Certified Nurse Aides; and national certification is available for Activity management members.
National health care certification is also available for our Maintenance team, who work diligently to ensure that our residents’ environment is safe and comfortable.
Our Administrative professionals specialize in the business affairs of the facility; but they are never too busy to give a tour, guide a visitor, or chat with the residents who visit
