Grandvue is comprised of two communities: Jordanvue, for long term stays and rehabilitative services, and Horizonvue, a safe environment for dementia care.
Staff members and residents belong to neighborhood communities designed to maximize choice, independence and privacy as well as continuity of care.
Fellowship is important, and shared decision making, growth, and learning are key parts of every day life.
Neighborhoods allow staff to get to know each resident as an individual, respect their individual preferences, and create an atmosphere for a life worth living.
