Carl has been a member of the Grandvue team since 1994, and he has led our maintenance department since 1995.
He has over 31 years of construction experience and maintains his Residential Builder’s License. He also has an Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor License.
Carl is a Senior Certified Healthcare Mechanic as well as an SR-5 Waterworks System Operator, Michigan Society for Healthcare Engineering (MiSHE) Member, and American Indoor Air Quality Member.
