County
and governed by the Charlevoix County Department of Human Services Board.

For over 100 years Grandvue has evolved to serve the needs of the community: from a working farm in 1898, to an infirmary with x-ray and maternity ward in 1949, to a Medical Care Facility in 1958. Our specialized dementia unit was added in 1997, and an extensive renovation and expansion project was completed in 2005.
We are grateful to the citizens of Charlevoix County who support the operational millage that allows us to hire and retain quality staff and enhance resident care.
